Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- A good understanding of general legal principles and the ability to identify the different types of legal documents (e.g: agreements, letter, memorandums);
- Able to draft and manage legal documents and research materials for multiple cases at once;
- Review and proofread legal documents;
- Maintain professional filing system, both electronically and manually, to support the information and management needs of the business;
- To assist research and to ensure matters are in compliance with the Malaysian laws and regulations;
- To report to manager on any, potential or existing, legal matters;
- Provide a high level of professional assistance and confidential support to ensure efficient operations by providing well-coordinated and comprehensive secretarial support;
- Manage comprehensive administrative support including schedule management meetings, travel coordination, expenses application, meeting, memo, translation of letter and other support;
- Undertake special assignment, events coordination, ad-hoc functions and other duties as assigned from time to time.
- IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation);
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients;
- Able to work in fast-pace environment with minimum supervision;
- To manage or liaise with external solicitors and other third-party advisors on the Company’s legal matters;
- Conducting legal due diligence and research on recent legal developments;
- Possess strong written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Attend to any other legal matter as required from time to time.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Preferably Legal Assistant / Legal Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

- Directly report to regional manager as a head of department.
- Regulated the course of existing operations, mart business, commercial business and lubrication business on region area (specific area).
